About Julianne Stout MD
I especially enjoy caring for people who have experienced challenges in accessing medical services, such as gender-diverse individuals and elder adults. I focus my clinical services on adult internal medicine care for patients age 18 and up. I currently serve on the Tippecanoe County Board of Health and the board for the non-profit National Alliance on Mental Illness-West Central Indiana (NAMI-WCI).

We offer appointment-only outpatient services, including immigration medical services (all ages), gender-affirming care, and medical consultation and ongoing care for adults.
